7bbl direct fired brewery equipment brewhouse customer requests.

  • Make the effective volume of 7bbl brewery equipment total volume 10bbl. This will allows to brew higher alcohol beers at better efficiency.
  • Adjust grain rakes to be 6 inches from the mash tun screens. This allows rotation of the direct fired brewery equipment rakes without disruption of the natural grain bed below the rakes for effective wort filtration.
  • Attach the level guage to the CIP assembly. This allows for the level guage to be cleaned during CIP.
  • Add tank volume markings in US BBL to level guage. This allows for accurate measurements of volume in mash tun.
  • Add a sample port to the wort collection pipe. This allows for proper reading of clear wort pH and sugar content.
  • Remove the condensate collector and add a steam stack to go through our roof. I have supplied a photo. The steam stack will need to be 14 feet tall with a china hat on top and a condensation runoff at the bottom.
  • Brewhouse pumps will need to have 1.5 inch triclamp attachments.

Micro beer brewery equipment fermenter tank requests

1. Not need level meter on the fermenter tank.

2.Make the racking arm horizontal with no angle. This prevents yeast, hops, and particulate from collecting in the port.

3. Add a drain valve pipe support weld to the drain pipe. This helps keep the pipe stable when parts are attached for filling and transfer of beer.

4. Add a blow off arm to the top of the tank. This allows the tank to blow off much easier in the event the CIP ball is blocked with krausen from fermentation.

5. Make the temperature sensor the same height as the sample valve. This keeps yeast free from collecting on the temperature probe.
