1. Raw material
Most of China manufacturer can supply SS 304/SS316/AISI 304 and red copper cladding fermenter tank. The SS material are ok for the beer factory and home brewing and so on, the red copper cladding we suggest use in brewpub or restaurant.

2. Dish head
Conicial fermenter tank have 2 types dish head for optional: Butterfly dish head and Conical dish head. Butterfly dish head is single layer one, it is suitable install Indoor. Conical dish head is double layer, it can filling insulation materials, so the big fermenter tank use Conical dish head and install outdoor.

3. Pressure device
Pressure device combination: Mechanical pressure relief valve + pressure vacuum relief valve + pressure gauge.

Use an oil-resistant and shock-resistant pressure gauge, and the pressure display symbol can be displayed simultaneously: Mpa/Bar or Psi/Mpa. Refuse to use electric contact pressure gauge and two-way pressure regulating valve.
