3.“Blattmann Bier 2017” Much of the approximately 6000-year-old brewing history (perhaps it is much older) has been lost or forgotten by industrialization and impersonal mass production. In January 2017, they decided to install a professional “Zhuoda” brewery equipment. The old brewery town Lucerne was moved to the beautiful Ägerital. Today’s size allows them to brew ancient tradition beer in a professional environment.

After his day work, he check the brewery equipment technical specification, he check about the brewery equipment drawings: he check the brewery equipmetn qality control documents;he check the brewery equipment install layout. he check the production process pictures.
Then he starting work for his brewhouse building, re-build the building by himself: New floor, dismantling shelves, installing electricity, digging drains. You can not imagine what Rudolf had gone through for his dream, and fortunately he succeeded.
