Starting cooperate of 50L beer keg

On 19th August 2017, i got Mr. Shane’s inquiry, he want me provide price for 300 pieces 50L beer keg. i gave him a quick reply within 10 minutes: i will send you price on Monday, and in my mind, i am confirmed he want europe standard 50L keg. There have 3 types beer keg for customer optieonal:

Europe standard 20L, 30L, 50L beer keg
DIN standard 20L, 30L,60L beer keg
US standard 1/2, 1/4, 1/6 barrel keg

And this is why i was confirmed what type beer keg he want to buy.

Beer keg purchase noticed point.

1. Spear

There have 2 brand spear for customer optional: Micro-matic and Chinese brand spear, the difference in price are 5-6 US dollars, Chinese brand spear price lower than Micro-matic brand.

Micro spear has a special lock inside, and it needs a corresponding key when it is opened. The price of buying a key in China is about 750 dollars. The Chinese brand’s spear can be opened without a key.

There is also a difference in service life. The damage rate of the Chinese brand’s spears is 10%-15% within two years, and the damage rate of the Micro spears is 5%.

2. Spear choose

Both brand spear have 4 types model: A,S,G,D. Usually the choice of spear is based on your own habits. For example, if you used a type A spear before, the new beer keg can continue to use the type A spear.

For the beer brewing factory, we suggest use D type no thread spear, this spear is easy to disassemble and saves customers time for filling.
