The Kombucha tank quality requirements, technical standards, product quality, the seller is responsible for the conditions and terms:
The two sides agreed in accordance with the requirements of production; Seller of the 5BBL Kombucha tank free 5 year warranty, lifetime maintenance, ready to provide technical services.
Delivery time: 20 working days after the commencement of the contract from Seller’s factory. Shipment from the factory to the port of San Diego need 25 days, change according to shipping company.
Quality of the tank in accordance with mutually agreed upon requirements for acceptance; the number of product specifications and acceptance in accordance with quotation of the contract; objection period for the equipment in place within 20 days. If it does not reach the standards of this contract, Buyer shall be no acceptance and return back the product. The related losses borne by the Seller.
