Still waiting to be unwrapped, can’t wait for the day it all goes full steam ahead.

Being a husband and father of two beautiful daughters, there needs to be a calculated approach to a new business.

Expect delays, have patience, respect the process. This will be a family run business, no shareholders or shared interests.

5bbl 3 vessel brewhouse system is located in Fremantle Australia, 500L mash/lauter tun, 500L kettle/whirlpool tun and 700L hot water tank with 4 pieces 500L unitank, CIP system and beer keg machine.

Using an existing building not only saves money on construction but also saves time with building permits and further council approvals.

Cleaning out a Farm workshop which has never been cleaned in 30 years, wasn’t fun but it’s the only way this isbrewery is possible.

We have council approval for the 5bbl 3 vessel brewhouse system. Next steps will be cutting in a drain, concrete grinding and sealing, which is only the tip of the iceburg. While still punching out some small batch pilot tins.
