OlutMylly 500L  brewing system was founded by Mikko and Anne in 2018 as a family business, a kind of lifestyle business. Mikko Silmälä as a beer maker. The couple, who had previously done a wide range of customer service work, fell in love with the beer and its brewing process so that the industry eventually took them as they went.

The artisan 500L electrical brewing system, which opened in Forssa in the spring of 2018, produces about 15,000 liters of beer a year with a big heart and traditional German style. In January 2019, more capacity was already ordered and by 2020 the goal is to produce more than 20,000 liters already. “Keep that” is said to be tasty, approachable and liked beers. The taste is taken with malt and hops, the products have the taste of honest genuine beer and 4.4 to 5.6% alcohol by volume.

This system is run by Mikko and Anne who have been in customer service and tourism business entrepreneurs for years and now the beer is The Thing – Mikko has been a brewer for a few years now – with 500L brewing system . We work with heart-hops-malt-water-yeast and good taste. Welcome and have a tasty visit! We make a wide range of Beers know as “easy to drink, but also tasty”. Our  handicraft from start till bottleing two bottles at a time – actually now four as Mikko built bigger bottleing system – Handy also elsewhere besides beer – labels we scroll bottle by bottle.
