7bbl fermenter tank arrived our Canada customer local building: Wild Card Beer Brewing Company, more than 12 months working, all tanks well. This time cooperation including 3 pieces 7bbl fermenter tank, 1 pieces 7bbl bright beer tank and 1 set 100L CIP system.

  • Glycol cooling jacket testing pressure 0.2Mpa, duration 48 hours.
  • Tank pressure testing 0.3Mpa, duration 72 hours.
  • Pressure device testing 0.2Mpa, duration 48 hours.

7bbl fermentation tank polishing accuracy standard:

  1. Inner wall surface polishing 0.4 micron, pickling passivation.
  2. Outer wall surface polishing 0.6 micron, sanitary brite polish.
